The Hunting Experience:

• We are here to simply make this a memorable experience. No hidden fees.
• Our hunts are typically Friday evening- Sunday morning with check-out after your morning hunt. Lodging is an additional charge per night. Day hunts without lodging are also available.
• If your hunt ends with a successful harvest, there are no guide fees added onto your harvest price. The $200.00 property fee is only charged if you do not harvest an animal.
• You will arrive at the gates greeted by your guide.
• Your hunting experience includes a Professional Guide who will prepare for your arrival, go over safety rules, assist in shooting range practice, guide you during your hunt, help track and collect the animal, take pictures for you upon request and cape, quarter and pack the animal into your provided cooler.
• You are only responsible for your harvest fee once you take a shot at an animal and impact has been made.

*Your guide works off tips, it is customary to tip your guide for his services.

Please come prepared with the following:

Your own rifle/bow, binoculars, bullets/arrows, mosquito box, snake boots, cooler and scent spray.

Terms and Conditions:

Upon booking, 50% is due as a deposit to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be deducted from your total due after you have harvested an animal.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least (7) days before your arrival date. If you cancel before the (7) day notice, your deposit will be refunded minus any service fees incurred. If you do not give at least (7) days notice, the lodging will not be refunded.

• Payments accepted are Cash. We do not accept checks. 
• Visa and Mastercard with a 2.9% service fee charge.  
• American Express with a 3.5% service fee charge.  
• ACH bank transfers with a 1% service fee charge.
