All hunters, non-hunters and/or guests must sign a liability waiver upon entering the gates

Please call your guide an hour before arrival so he can prepare for your arrival.
Arrive at the gates at your designated time where your guide will greet you.
Please come prepared with your own rifle/bow, binoculars, bullets/arrows, mosquito box, snake boots, cooler and ice before your arrival.

*Please Note: Your hunt includes a Professional Guide who will prepare for your arrival, go over safety rules, assist in shooting range practice, guide you during your hunt, track and collect the animal, take pictures for you upon request and cape, quarter and pack the animal into your provided cooler. There will be an additional $50.00 fee to cape a deer. It is customary to tip your guide for his services

HUNTING RULES - Each guest must please initial every rule stating you understand and agree

1. If your harvest is unsuccessful, you will be charged a $200.00 guide fee..

2. If you take a shot and the guide finds evidence of an impact but the animal cannot be tracked, even if trackers determine it is still alive at that time, you are still responsible for the full harvest fee.

3. Prices previously discussed for hunts are cash rates only. Visa/MC is a 2.9% service fee charge. AMEX is a 3.5% service fee charge or ACH bank transfers are a 1% service fee charge.

4. Woods To Water Preserve has permission to use your photographs and take pictures of your hunt for any marketing purposes.

5. Upon booking, a 50% deposit (per hunter) is due to confirm your hunt. This deposit will be deducted from your total due after your harvest is complete.

6. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your trip, you must do so at least (7) days before arrival date. If you cancel before the (7) day notice, the deposit (per hunter) will be refunded minus any service fees incurred. If you do not give at least (7) days notice, a $200.00 fee (per hunter) will not be refunded.

*This signed form is a legal, binding contract. In connection with any dispute arising under, from or as a result of this contract, including but not limited to breach, enforcement, or interpretation, proceedings to determine entitlement to and amount of attorneys fees incurred by the prevailing party, the parties agree that the prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover all costs or expenses incurred (including those incurred in any litigation, arbitration, appeals from any litigation and enforcement of judgements including but not limited to garnishment proceedings), including reasonable attorneys fees, fees for clerical work and any other services of accountants, paralegals, legal assistants and similar persons. This provision shall survive any termination of this contract
